2 Egg Whites
140 g Mashed Banana

30 g Cornstarch
30 g Milk Powder
5 g Baking Powder
2 g Baking Soda
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine all of Ingredient B and stir until the sugar is fully dissolved and well mixed.
2. Add Ingredient A (melted butter and cocoa powder) while still warm, and mix well.
3. Fold in Ingredient C, and mix until the batter is evenly combined.
4. Spread the mixture thinly and evenly on two baking trays (60x40 cm) lined with baking paper or silicone mats.
5. Bake at 130°C for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and slice into desired shapes.
6. Return the slices to the oven and bake again for 15–20 minutes until fully crisp.
7. Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
