How to Make Pumpkin Donuts

1. Mix Ingredients A until well combined (1 minute).

2. Add Ingredients B, mix for 3 minutes.

3. Add Ingredients C, knead until smooth and elastic.

4. Remove dough, rest for 10 minutes.

5. Divide into 35 g portions, shape into balls, then rest another 10 minutes.
