2 Eggs

10 g Sweetened Condensed Milk
50 g Coconut Milk

5 g Baking Powder
100 g Black Glutinous Rice Flour
Instructions – How to Make the Brownies:
1. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
2. Sift Ingredient D and set aside.
3. Melt Ingredient A and set aside to cool slightly.
4. Mix Ingredient B until well combined.
5. Add Ingredient A into Ingredient B, and stir until evenly mixed.
6. Gradually add Ingredient D, then stir in Ingredient C.
7. Pour the batter into an 18 cm round cake pan.
8. Bake at 170°C for approximately 10 minutes.
Cheesecake Layer – Ingredients:

250 g Cream Cheese
Ingredient B
2 Eggs
Ingredient C
5 g Cornstarch
100 g Milk
