Ingredients A

240 gr Avena Margarine

  50 gr Bakerline Icing Sugar

Ingredients B

1 Egg

Ingredients C

240 gr Low-Protein Flour

    4 gr Baking Powder

    5 gr Ground Ginger

Topping

100 g Elmer Compound White Classic
(Alternatively, use Elmer Vista Festival and Elmer Chocolate Decoration to enhance its appeal)

 

Instructions:
  1. Mix Ingredients A until creamy, then gradually add Ingredient B.
  2. Sift Ingredients C and incorporate them into the previous mixture.
  3. Add the topping ingredients, stirring until well combined.
  4. Roll out the dough using a rolling pin, then cut into desired shapes with a ring cutter.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees Celsius for approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
  6. Melt the topping ingredients, then place them in a piping bag. Allow to thicken.
