Banana are an economical fruit that lend themselves well to a wide variety of creative culinary applications. One such creation is Banana Bread, a beloved treat enjoyed by people of all ages. Below is a step by step guide to making affordable banana bread with a premium taste.

 Dough Ingredients

   Ingredients A
     300 g High-Protein Flour  
     200 g Low-Protein Flour  
     110 g Granulated Sugar  
         8 g Instant Yeast  
         3 g Bakerline Maxi Soft  
       50 g Milk Powder  

   Ingredients B
     60 g Bakerline Whipped Cream  
     60 g Egg Yolks  

   Ingredients C 
      185 g Cold Water  

    Ingredients D  
      75 g Avena Margarine  
       6 g Salt  

Instructions for Dough Preparation : 

1. Combine all ingredients from Ingredients A and Ingredients B in a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.  
2. Gradually add the ingredients from Ingredients C while mixing continuously.  
3. Once the dough is evenly combined, incorporate Ingredients D and knead until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.  
4. Remove the dough from the bowl and let it rest for 5 minutes.  
5. Divide the dough into 50 g portions. Shape each portion into a ball and let rest for another 5 minutes.

Filling Ingredients (Banana Custard) :

  Ingredients A (Custard Base)
    50 g Bakerline Vanilla Custard Powder  
    50 g Bakerline Instant Whipped Cream Powder  

    225 g Cold Liquid Milk  

   Ingredients B  
    250 g Elmer Vista Festival Banana  
    125 g Hot Liquid Milk  

Instructions for Filling Preparation :

1. Combine all group A ingredients and mix until thickened. Set aside.  
2. Mix together all Group B ingredients until evenly blended.  
3. Combine Ingredients A and Ingredients B mixtures. Stir until fully incorporated.

Final Assembly and Baking :

1. Flatten each dough ball and fill with the prepared banana custard filling.  
2. Roll the dough to enclose the filling completely.  
3. Allow the filled dough to proof for approximately 45–60 minutes.  
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 15–20 minutes or until fully baked.  
5. Your banana bread is now ready to serve.
