Instructions for Dough Preparation :
1. Combine all ingredients from Ingredients A and Ingredients B in a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
2. Gradually add the ingredients from Ingredients C while mixing continuously.
3. Once the dough is evenly combined, incorporate Ingredients D and knead until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.
4. Remove the dough from the bowl and let it rest for 5 minutes.
5. Divide the dough into 50 g portions. Shape each portion into a ball and let rest for another 5 minutes.

1. Combine all group A ingredients and mix until thickened. Set aside.
2. Mix together all Group B ingredients until evenly blended.
3. Combine Ingredients A and Ingredients B mixtures. Stir until fully incorporated.
Final Assembly and Baking :
1. Flatten each dough ball and fill with the prepared banana custard filling.
2. Roll the dough to enclose the filling completely.
3. Allow the filled dough to proof for approximately 45–60 minutes.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 15–20 minutes or until fully baked.
