50 g Granulated Sugar
15 g Milk Powder
3 g Instant Yeast
1 g Bread Improver

1 Egg
110 g Cold Water
Ingredient C:
40 g Avena Margarine
3 g Salt
Instructions:

Mix Ingredient A in a bowl using a mixer until evenly combined.

Gradually add Ingredient B (especially the water) while mixing, until the dough becomes soft, smooth, and elastic.

Round the dough and let it rest for 10–15 minutes.

Divide the dough into 60 g portions, round each into a ball.

Prepare greased aluminum or stainless steel pipes using Firlo loaf pan grease.

Roll out the dough using a rolling pin, then roll it tightly.

Wrap the dough around the prepared metal pipes in a spiral shape.

Proof the dough in a proofer for 40–60 minutes.

Bake at 170°C (top heat) and 180°C (bottom heat) for 12 minutes.
Choco Cream Filling:
200 g Bakerline Vanilla Custard Powder
500 g UHT Milk
250 g Elmer Filling Paste Dark Tropical

Mix the custard powder and UHT milk using a mixer until thick.

Add the Elmer Filling Paste Dark Tropical and stir until smooth.
Topping:
250 g Elmer Compound Dark Classic
250 g Elmer Mesis Dark
Instructions:

Melt the Elmer Compound Dark Classic in the microwave (30-second intervals), stirring between each round until fully melted.
Assembly:

Remove the metal pipe from the bread and cut it in half.

Dip each bread piece into the melted chocolate coating.
