BANK OF CHOCOLATE 

Ingredient A:

250 g High Protein Flour

  50 g Granulated Sugar

  15 g Milk Powder

    3 g Instant Yeast

    1 g Bread Improver

 

Ingredient B:

1 Egg

110 g Cold Water

 

Ingredient C:

40 g Avena Margarine

3 g Salt

 

Instructions:
  1. Mix Ingredient A in a bowl using a mixer until evenly combined.

  2. Gradually add Ingredient B (especially the water) while mixing, until the dough becomes soft, smooth, and elastic.

  3. Round the dough and let it rest for 10–15 minutes.

  4. Divide the dough into 60 g portions, round each into a ball.

  5. Prepare greased aluminum or stainless steel pipes using Firlo loaf pan grease.

  6. Roll out the dough using a rolling pin, then roll it tightly.

  7. Wrap the dough around the prepared metal pipes in a spiral shape.

  8. Proof the dough in a proofer for 40–60 minutes.

  9. Bake at 170°C (top heat) and 180°C (bottom heat) for 12 minutes.

 

Choco Cream Filling:

200 g Bakerline Vanilla Custard Powder

500 g UHT Milk

250 g Elmer Filling Paste Dark Tropical

 

Instructions:
  1. Mix the custard powder and UHT milk using a mixer until thick.

  2. Add the Elmer Filling Paste Dark Tropical and stir until smooth.

 

Topping:

250 g Elmer Compound Dark Classic

250 g Elmer Mesis Dark

 

Instructions:
  1. Melt the Elmer Compound Dark Classic in the microwave (30-second intervals), stirring between each round until fully melted.

Assembly:
  1. Remove the metal pipe from the bread and cut it in half.

  2. Dip each bread piece into the melted chocolate coating.

  3. Sprinkle with Elmer Mesis Dark as topping.

  4. Fill the inside with the chocolate cream.

  5. Your bread is now ready to serve or sell!
