Valentine Choco Cookies
Valentine's cookies can be used as gifts and selling cookies.
Cookie Ingredients:
Ingredient A
- 120 gr Butter Blend West Land
- 60 gr Bakerline Icing Sugar
Ingredient B
- 50 gr Royal Baker Couverture / Elmer Compound Dark Classic
Ingredient C
- 1 Egg Yolk
Ingredient D
- 200 gr Medium Protein Flour
- 30 gr Chopped Almonds
- 10 gr Elmer Cocoa Powder Af. Red 20%-24%
Instructions :
1. Mix ingredient A until creamy then add ingredient B.
2. Then mix ingredient B and add ingredient C.
3. Add ingredient D, thin the dough 0.5 milli, and cut 4x4 cm.
4. Oven at 170'c for 17 minutes.
Chocolate Filling Ingredients:
Ingredient A
- 300 gr Royal Baker Couverture / Elmer Compound Dark Classic
- 200 gr Fresh Cream Dairy
- 50 gr Liquid Milk
- 50 gr West Land Butter Blend
Instructions :
1. Microwave all ingredients for 30 seconds until ganache.
2. Put into a 20x20 cm pan and put in chiller until set.
3. Cut into 4x4 cm pieces and ready to stack on pre-made cookies.
