DOUBLE CHOCO CHEESE COOKIES
Ingredients A
150 g Butter
150 g Margarine
1 g Salt
200 g Bakerline Icing Sugar
1 g Baking powder
3 g Milk paste
1 Egg
1 Egg yolk
Ingredients B
450 g Low-protein flour
50 g Milk powder
200 g Cheese
Ingredients C
250 g Elmer Dip Rocky Dark
FILLING CREAM
Ingredients A
150 g Shortening
150 g Bakerline Icing Sugar
Ingredients B
150 g Elmer Compound White Classic
Instructions for making the filling cream:
1. Mix ingredients from Part A until it expands, then add the melted Part B.
Finishing:
1. Whisk 1/2 of Part A until it expands. Add Part B and whisk until smooth.
2. Roll the mixture to a thickness of 4 mm, then cut with a cookie cutter. Place it on a pre-greased tray.
3. Bake at 150 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 120 degrees Celsius for another 10 minutes.
4. Once cooled and cooked, apply 450g of filling cream, then dip into Part C.
