Recipe Yule Log Roll Cake

ROLL CAKE
Ingredients A
150 gr Eggs
45 gr Granulated Sugar
5 gr Bakerline SP Maxi 68
Ingredients B
30 gr Low-Protein Flour
5 gr Cornstarch
5 gr Milk Powder
10 ml Water
Ingredients C
60 gr Margarine
8 gr Elmer Cocoa Powder Af. Red 20-24%
Instructions:
1. Mix ingredients A until well combined, and sugar dissolves.
2. Add sifted ingredients B. Stir until thick and forms stiff peaks.
3. Pour in melted ingredient C, and stir until smooth.
4. Place it in a 30x40 cm baking pan.
5. Bake at 180°C for approximately 15 minutes.
6. After it's done, spread Elmer Spread Crunchy Cheese or any other variant.
7. Layer it with chocolate cream, then roll. Cover and shape it like a tree log.
8. Decorate using grated Elmer Dark Compound Classic & Bakerline Donut Dusting.
CHOCOLATE CREAM
Ingredients A
200 gr Bakerline Whipped Cream
500 gr Cold UHT Milk
Ingredients B
200g Elmer Dip Glaze Dark

1. Whisk ingredient A until foamy, add ingredient B, and stir until smooth.
