STRAWBERRY SWISS ROLL CAKE
Ingredients for Sponge Cake
Ingredients A
120 gr Avena Margarine
130 ml Liquid milk
Ingredients B
9 egg yolks
Ingredients C
120 gr Medium-protein flour
30 gr Elmer Cocoa Powder Af. Red 20-24%
Ingredients D:
200 gr granulated sugar
9 Egg whites
6 gr Cream of tartar
Instructions:
- Heat Ingredients A until melted.
- Combine Ingredients A with Ingredients B, whisking with a balloon whisk until well mixed.
- Sift and incorporate Ingredients C, mixing with a spatula until evenly combined.
- Whip Ingredients D until soft peaks form, then fold into the A-C mixture in three additions.
- Pour the batter into a 20 x 25 cm baking tray.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes, or until fully cooked.

Ingredients A
200 gr Bakerline Whipped Cream
400 ml UHT milk (cold)
Ingredients B
200 gr Elmer Vista Festival Strawberry (melted)
50 ml UHT milk
Ingredients C:
10 gr Bakerline Violetta Excellent Strawberry
Instructions:
- Whip Ingredients A until thickened, then incorporate Ingredients B. Mix until well combined.
- Add Ingredients C, mixing until fully integrated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for approximately 20 minutes.

200 gr Elmer Compound White Classic (grated)
