Ingredients A

150 g Glutinous Rice Flour

    1 g Salt

300 ml Cooked Water

 

Ingredients B

50g Elmer Compound Vista Festival Grape

50g Elmer Compound Vista Festival Raspberry

50g Elmer Compound Cappuccino

 

Instructions:
  1. Melt Ingredients B and set aside.
  2. Combine Ingredients A, mixing until thoroughly combined and the flour is dissolved.
  3. Steam Ingredients A for 15-20 minutes until thickened.
  4. Divide into three portions, each 150g.
  5. Combine with Ingredients B to create three uniformly mixed doughs.
  6. Cook again in a non-stick pan until smooth.

 

Coating Ingredients

100g Cornstarch (toasted)

 

CREAM CRUNCHY

Ingredients A

100 g Bakerline Whipped Cream

  25 g Bakerline Vanilla Custard Powder

200 g Liquid Milk

 

Ingredients B

300 g Elmer Spread Crunchy Chocomaltine

 

Instructions:

Mix Ingredients A until thickened, then incorporate Ingredients B, and mix until well combined.

 

FILLING

Elmer Spread Crunchy (Cheese/Avocado/Taro/Cappuccino/Green Tea/Chocolava/Hazelnut/Chocomaltine)

 

Finishing:
  1. Roll out the mochi dough (using cornstarch to prevent sticking).
  2. Place it on a silicone round mold and fill with cream crunchy, then inject with Elmer Spread Crunchy series as the filling, and seal.
  3. Freeze for 15 minutes, then it is ready to serve.
