FLOURLESS CHOCO CAKE
Ingredients A
130 gr Butter
130 gr Granulated Sugar
30 gr Milk Powder
3 gr Vanilla Powder
Ingredients B
4 Eggs
3 Egg Yolks

350 gr Elmer Compound Dark Classic (melted)
Topping
300 gr Elmer Spread Crunchy Chocomaltine
CHOCOLATE GANACHE
250 gr Fresh Cream
250 gr Elmer Compound Dark Classic (melted)
5 gr Glucose
How to make chocolate ganache:
1. Cook fresh cream and glucose until it boils slightly.
2. Add Elmer Compound Dark Classic, then stir until well combined.
How to make flourless cake:
1. Beat ingredients A until fluffy and creamy, then gradually add ingredients B until well mixed.
2. Add ingredients C, then stir again until smooth.
3. Pour the batter into a 30x30 cm baking pan lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake the batter in the oven at 170°C for approximately 30 minutes or until done. After the batter is cooked and cooled, cut it into 3 layers.
5. Place the first layer of flourless cake, then spread Elmer Spread Crunchy Chocomaltine. Spread chocolate ganache evenly. Repeat the same process for the second and third layers of flourless cake. Put it in the chiller for 1 hour.
6. Cut the cake into several pieces, then garnish the cake.
