Base Cake
Ingredients A
75 gr granulated sugar
9 gr Bakerline SP Maxi 68 Cake Emulsifier
3 eggs
Ingredients B
75 gr Elmer Colored Compound (flavors such as banana, grape, green tea, blueberry, etc.)
45 gr Avena Margarine
45 gr Cooking oil
Food coloring as needed
Instructions:
- Melt Ingredients B and set aside.
- Whisk Ingredients A until the mixture becomes fluffy and forms a ribbon-like trail.
- Sift and incorporate Ingredients B into the mixture until well combined.
- Gradually add melted Ingredients C.
- Prepare a 20x20x5 cm cake pan lined with parchment paper.
- Steam over medium heat for approximately 25 minutes.
Cream Ingredients
20 gra White shortening
20 gr Avena Margarine
20 gr Bakerline Icing Sugar
40 gr Elmer Dip Glaze (flavors such as green tea, blueberry, etc.)
Instructions:
- Beat the white shortening, margarine, and icing sugar until creamy.
- Add Elmer Dip Glaze and mix until well incorporated.
Topping Ingredients
100 gr Elmer Colored Compound (shredded)
Finishing:
- Once the cake is cooked and cooled, cut it into two layers. Spread the cream on one layer and place the second layer on top.
- Spread additional cream over the top layer and evenly sprinkle the shredded Elmer Colored Compound.
