180 gr West Land Butter Blend
25 gr Elmer Dip Glaze White
Ingredient B
14 Egg Yolks
100 gr Bakerline Icing Sugar
8 gr Bakerline SP Maxi 68
Ingredient C
15 gr Medium Protein Flour
15 gr Milk Powder
3 gr Cinnamon Powder
Marble Ingredient
6 gr Elmer Cocoa Powder Af. Black 10-12%
Glazing Ingredient
50 gr Elmer Dip Glaze White
Marbling Preparation:
1. Take 30 gr of the prepared lapis legit batter.
2. Add Elmer Cocoa Powder Af. Black 10-12%.
3. Stir until evenly mixed, then place it in a piping bag.
Preparation Steps:
1. Mix Ingredient A until creamy. Mix Ingredient B until thick and ribbony.
2. Add Ingredient C and mix until evenly combined.
3. Incorporate the previously mixed Ingredient A into the batter, then mix until well combined.
4. Next, pour 150 gr of the batter into a 22x22 cm-sized baking pan to create the first layer.
5. Bake in an oven at 170°C (top heat) and 150°C (bottom heat) for 10 minutes.
6. After removing from the oven, gently press the surface and add 100 gr of batter for the second layer.
7. Bake again for 10 minutes.
8. Once out of the oven, add another layer of batter for the third layer.
9. Apply the prepared marbling ingredients for the motif, then bake for another 10 minutes.
10. After baking, coat it with Elmer Dip Glaze White, then roll it.
