Recipe Garlic Cheese Bread
The Eid moment has passed, but the sweet memories and togetherness with family still linger. After the joyous Eid moments, it's time to continue the days with delicious cuisine that keeps the atmosphere warm. One perfect dish to enjoy post-Eid is Garlic Cheese Bread.

SWEET BREAD DOUGH
Ingredients A
800 gr High-protein flour
200 gr Medium-protein flour
200 gr Granulated sugar
15 gr Instant yeast
6 gr Bread improver
60 gr Milk powder
Ingredients B
100 gr Liquid milk
1 Egg
1 Egg yolk
Ingredients C
350 gr Cold water
160 gr Butter
15 gr Salt
How to make sweet bread dough:
- Mix ingredients A at low speed.
- Add ingredients B, stir at low speed until it forms clumps. Increase the speed to high and mix until 3/4 smooth.
- Add ingredients C, mix until smooth.
- Rest the dough for 10 minutes. Weigh the dough into 50 gr portions.
- Round the dough, then let it rest for 3 minutes.
- Flatten the dough, then fill it with 12 gr Elmer Filling Paste Cheese.
- Roll it into an oval shape and sprinkle Elmer Meses Cheese.
- Place it on a baking sheet already coated with Bakerline Firlo Poles Loyang.
- Let the dough expand for 45 - 60 minutes.
- Tear the middle of the dough, then pipe 15 gr of garlic cheese topping.
- Bake at 185 degrees Celsius for 12 - 15 minutes. Ready to be served.
GARLIC CHEESE TOPPING
150 gr Avena Margarine
100 gr Elmer Filling Paste Cheese
20 gr Garlic (finely chopped)
20 gr Garlic powder
2 gr Dry parsley
How to make garlic cheese topping:
- Mix all ingredients until well combined and put them into a piping bag.
